The VerbCase Partnership: Terms of Service
To achieve a Grade B (350+) in OET, mentorship must be a proactive partnership. By enrolling, you agree to the following:
- Candidate Responsibility: You agree to submit practice letters and tasks within the 24-48 hour window requested to allow for precision review before our sessions.
- Intellectual Property: All frameworks, checklists, and proprietary case-note selection strategies shared during the 4 weeks are for your personal use only. Distribution or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.
- Direct Access Etiquette: While you have direct WhatsApp access to your mentor, responses are typically provided within 12 business hours. This ensures that every piece of feedback is thoughtful and diagnostic.
- No Guarantee of Result: While our “Precision Program” is designed to maximize your score, OET results depend on individual performance on exam day. VerbCase provides the strategy and correction; the candidate provides the execution.
- Batch Integrity: To maintain the quality of our small-group environment, recording of live sessions without prior consent is not permitted.
- Stay Until You Pass: We are so confident in our 4-week diagnostic approach that if you complete 100% of the assigned tasks and mock tests but do not achieve your target score (Band B) in the subsequent OET attempt, you will receive complementary access to our next Writing & Speaking intensive workshop.
