Our Commitment to Your Success
At VerbCase, we limit our intake to just 5 doctors per batch to ensure the highest level of personalized feedback. Because a seat reserved for you is a seat denied to another candidate, our refund policy is structured as follows:
- Full Refund: Requests made within 48 hours of payment, provided the batch has not yet commenced, and no diagnostic materials have been shared.
- Partial Refund: If you need to withdraw at least 7 days before the batch start date, a 75% refund will be issued (less administrative and transaction fees).
- No-Refund Zone: Once the 4-week mentorship begins, or once you have received our proprietary Writing Frameworks and materials, no refunds will be issued.
- Rescheduling: We understand medical emergencies occur. You may request to move your enrollment to the next available batch one time with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to seat availability.
